About The Position

Kearney & Company is seeking a Project Management Senior Analyst to join our Intelligence Community (IC) practice. This work will be conducted on site in Springfield, VA. The expected salary range for this position is between $103,000 and $180,000. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable). Requirements

• BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university in business management or a related relevant field
• At least 6 years of project management experience associated with financial management, financial systems, and/or audit remediation projects
• At least 2 years of Federal financial management experience
• Technical competency, knowledge, and professional care commensurate with completion of assignments, and an eagerness to learn and absorb new technical and industry-specific information
• Proficient skills in MS Office, including Excel, SharePoint, and Project, as well as other project management software tools
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally
• Minimum Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a Polygraph for the IC

Nice To Haves

• Previous DoD or IC financial management experience
• Previous experience providing project management support to one or more of the following programs ERM program in accordance with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) A-123, Management’s Responsibility for Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Control and other applicable guidance
• Payment Integrity Improvement Act programs
• Financial Reporting in accordance with PMB A-136 and/or general ledger operations.
• Proficient in Jira and Confluence
• Active TS/SCI with current Counterintelligence Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating, documenting, and maintaining project management plans (e.g., work breakdown structures, action officers, dependencies, due dates).
• Monitoring formal and informal deliverable schedules, monitoring for completion, and performing quality reviews.
• Coordinating team and client meetings at the direction of the PM and team leaders, including maintaining accurate records of action items.
• Following up and communicating the progress towards client and team completion of relevant action items.
• Developing and distributing project, client, and team communications related to integrated project management plans.
• Coordinating, facilitating, and reporting on key audit related meetings with IC agency senior leaders, including all presentations, readahead materials, and pre-briefings
• Establishing and maintaining project records maintenance on the client’s classified network.
• Creating and maintaining onboarding and offboarding guides and supplemental tools to facilitate accurate and timely project reporting, as needed.
• Providing in-person onboarding assistance to new team members at the client site.
• Supporting team members with their initial login and facilitating access to necessary client systems, folders, and tools.
• Tracking and documenting all changes involving personnel compliance with training requirements, system access, and GFE issuances, including reassignments, roll-offs, and replacements.
• Supporting in-person team member offboarding, including securing and returning GFE to client security.
• Keeping up to date with onboarding and offboarding process changes and communicating updates team.
• Managing the schedule and completion of project management deliverables with team leaders and members; coordinating technical and editorial reviews, as needed, in advance of PM review.
