About The Position

WECTEC Staffing Services, a subsidiary of Westinghouse Electric Company LLC, is seeking a Project Management Consultant-Level 2 for a 3-month contract assignment. This role is crucial for leading complex business and technology transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, automation, process modernization, and AI-enabled capabilities. The Project Manager will act as the main point of contact between business operations, technology teams, analytics organizations, and executive leadership to ensure the successful execution of strategic projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include overseeing project planning, governance, budget management, stakeholder engagement, solution readiness, and business adoption for initiatives involving process transformation, systems modernization, automation, analytics, and artificial intelligence.

Requirements

6+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and implementation roadmaps.
Manage project budgets, capital funding, resource forecasts, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Facilitate governance reviews, executive steering committees, and status reporting.
Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
Coordinate activities across multiple business units and technology organizations.
Lead organizational process improvement and transformation initiatives.
Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation, digital enablement, and operational optimization.
Support the cross-functional design and implementation of future state operating models.
Evaluate impacts to people, processes, technology, and performance measures.
