About The Position

This is an Integrated Maintenance Information System (IMIS) Software Product Acquisition Manager (SPAM) role on the F-22 Ground Systems team within Engineering and Technology. As the SPAM, the selected candidate will coordinate with the Program Team, the Subcontractor Product Teams, and customer to ensure that program requirements and deliverables are met. Will address technical issues, coordinate with suppliers, and support Program and technical reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
• Experience with Project Management or Project Engineering
• Experience developing and executing program or project plans
• Experience with Supplier Management and Coordination
• This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

• Experience coordinating across multiple functions or engineering teams
• Experience working with multiple software teams
• Good understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Strong proven and demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Demonstrated self-starter requiring minimal supervision with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• F-22 Modernization or F-22 Sustainment experience
• Jira experience strongly desired
• Strong familiarization with the agile methodology
• Managing supplier budgeting/material CAM experience

Responsibilities

• Manage all software subcontractors to coordinate deliveries and program requirements to ensure that contract commitments are met
• Work with the Program Team, Product Teams, Subcontract Management, and the customer to give accurate status on program goals
• Escort subcontractors throughout facility during quarterly PI Planning events
• Host weekly subcontractor scrums with Subcontract Manager and/or Program Manager
• Create subcontractor statements of work (SSOW) for new contracts
• Help coordinate action item closure
• Support the monthly schedule status meetings, EV reviews, and Program Reviews
• Support the Risk Management process by helping identify, document, and manage contract risks and mitigation plans
• Support pop-up tasking for anything Project Management related
