About The Position

As a Project Management & Planning Operations Representative Associate - Level 1 supporting the AMMM Sustainment team, you will play a vital role in ensuring successful program execution across multiple development and modification contracts. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on supply-related cost, schedule, and performance metrics. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to manage change requests, support integrated master schedule updates, and contribute to Earned Value Management System (EVMS) compliance. Your work will support the overall sustainment strategy for the AMMM programs, helping Lockheed Martin meet key customer objectives and deliver mission-critical capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Operations Management or related Business Degree from an accredited college.
  • At least 1 year of professional experience.
  • Previous Cost/Control Account Management, Project Management, Accounting, Scheduling, and/or Finance experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office tools including Power Point and Excel (including pivot tables, conditional formatting, and creating charts from a data set)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for managing AMMM Sustainment supply cost, technical, and schedule performance across development and modification contracts.
  • Analyze monthly Estimate at Complete (EAC) updates.
  • Track material requirements to ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD) aligned with contractual due dates.
  • Collect and organize contract closure evidence and documentation.
  • Perform monthly financial and schedule analysis to validate supply obligations, expenditures, and EACs.
  • Prepare and present variance analyses and explanations to CDS Supply and AMMM leadership.
  • Support senior leadership briefings by presenting EVMS status of all Supply Operations cost accounts.
  • Ensure adherence to Earned Value Management System (EVMS) practices and maintain positive performance metrics.
