About The Position

The Project Management Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering data center and environmental field service projects safely, on time, and within budget. This role manages cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, industry standards, and company policies. The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical knowledge, operational leadership, and strong communication skills.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required. Bachelor's degree in engineering, Environmental Science, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–7+ years of project management experience with a strong focus in data centers, environmental services, industrial services, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance (EPA, DOT, OSHA).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with RCRA/DOT regulations and compliance.
  • Travel requirement may peak at 75%.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of data center systems (cooling systems, water treatment, commissioning processes) is preferred.
  • Experience with environmental services such as wastewater treatment, deep well injection, or industrial cleaning is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for data center infrastructure and environmental service projects, including water treatment, wastewater handling, and waste disposal.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and field technicians to ensure project objectives are clearly defined and achieved.
  • Oversee field operations, ensuring work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Manage environmental compliance related to handling, transportation, and disposal of non-hazardous and hazardous materials.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns.
  • Review and approve project documentation including permits, manifests, reports, and closeout packages.
  • Ensure quality control standards are met for all deliverables.
  • Support procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
