Fueling your passion The Project Management Manager is responsible for project operations and programs support including standardization, quality management, document management, methods creation and maintenance, process improvement and tools for the project management function. Viewed as a functional Subject Matter Expert. In depth understanding of a complex field based upon a long experience. Has a leading role in knowledge management. Organizes knowledge sharing to convey information about new approaches and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Operations Leadership.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Established project management skills.

Responsibilities

Supervising roles that provide direct or indirect leadership for overall projects operation, including leadership for operations in which activities are centralized shared resources to execute customer projects and/or project monitoring activities.
Advising management in the function and/or in the business.
Has a supportive role in decision making about important subjects.
Presents to leaders in the business solutions or functional area on functional discipline and business solutions.
Works with cross functional teams.
Has major influence on small business unit or Family within a Function or P&L
Handling communication with colleagues and business leaders about change of policy and implementation.
Skilled influencer, able to communicate complex messages to others.
Leading complex and multidisciplinary projects realizing major changes in the organization. Projects have a long term horizon ( 2- 3 years). Results will be visible after at least 2 years.
