About The Position

The Project Management Intern supports Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents in coordinating and executing construction projects. The role provides hands-on experience with project documentation, scheduling, communication, and field support in a construction environment.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated interest in construction management and the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer efficiency.
• Basic math and accounting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Broad understanding of the construction industry.
• Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities.
• Team-oriented with strong dependability.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to understand and follow directions effectively.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple responsibilities while meeting strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents on assigned projects.
• Process submittals and gather and distribute information.
• Maintain high-quality project documentation and help ensure project processes stay within budget and on schedule.
• Attend project meetings and accurately record meeting minutes.
• Assist with tracking and inspecting material deliveries.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the project team.
