About The Position

This is a Summer 2027 Project Management Internship opportunity in California. The internship focuses on supporting New Product Development (NPD) teams and the Project Management Office (PMO) through NPD governance and portfolio execution. Interns will assist with data entry, metrics, resource analysis, portfolio trend reporting, and will collaborate cross-functionally with program, project, and portfolio managers to enhance tools, workflows, and speed to execution. The program targets majors in Supply Chain Management, Industrial & Operations Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. At Stryker, interns will apply classroom knowledge, gain experience in a fast-paced industry, implement new ideas, develop skills, network with leaders, and experience documenting complex processes and presenting them clearly. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (Business, Engineering, etc.); must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship.
  • Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (preferred)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require employment-based sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate and build relationships.
  • Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
