About The Position
Piper Sandler is seeking a summer intern to support our Technology – Project Management team in Minneapolis, MN. Our human capital, technology, marketing and other corporate support teams work with our business partners to maximize each employee. We understand the dynamic nature of the industry and work alongside our company strategies.
Requirements
- Excellent oral, written communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical ability
- Detail oriented
- Computer savvy
- Experience with MS Excel using basic functions such as pivot tables and mathematical functions
- Students majoring in Accounting or Business with an interest in Project Management are preferred.
- This internship opportunity is open to undergraduate or graduate students who graduate in Spring 2028 or December 2027 and have a GPA of 3.3 or above.
Responsibilities
- Assist Technology invoice analyst to process Technology invoice payments (ie. Accounts Payable)
- Work with other internal business partners to ensure that invoice payments are processed correctly
- Assist Technology invoice analyst in maintaining current vendor information
- Partake in weekly Client Services Support Managers meeting, preparing the agenda and meeting minutes
- Spreadsheet maintenance and data reporting
- Assist the Branch Move Project Manager with keeping various move documents current
- Assist Project Managers and Business Consultants with administrative/operational tasks as assigned
