This role is crucial for coordinating communication between all areas involved in mergers and acquisitions, with a primary focus on the integration of new companies.   • 3 years of professional experience
  • High school diploma, required
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Responsibilities

  • Utilize project management software for detail tracking and sharing of information
  • Support end to end post merger integration efforts across multiple workstreams
  • Monitor acquisitions through various stages of planning, development and execution
  • Schedule and facilitate integration meetings, workshops and checkpoints
  • Update appropriate areas when action is required
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate integration workstreams, track milestones, manage documentation, and ensure alignment across teams through integration lifecycle
  • Other duties assigned
