Project Management Consultant
About The Position
WECTEC Staffing Services, a subsidiary of Westinghouse Electric Company LLC, is seeking a Project Management Consultant-Level 2 on behalf of their client. This is a 1-year contract assignment (W-2). The role requires experience in leading the execution of multiple projects in parallel, with an emphasis on contractor-led delivery and coordination. The consultant will manage vendors and contractors, drive schedule and cost control, and coordinate engineering, operations, and compliance stakeholders to achieve on-time, high-quality execution. Proactive risk and issue management, clear project reporting, and producing leadership-ready status updates and documentation are expected.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to manage vendors and contractors.
- Demonstrated ability to drive schedule and cost control.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate engineering, operations, and compliance stakeholders.
- Proficiency with project management and scheduling tools such as Smartsheet and/or Microsoft Project.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong follow-through skills.
