In this highly visible role, you'll partner with pharmacy leaders, clinicians, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive projects from concept to implementation. Whether coordinating operational improvements, supporting grant-funded initiatives, or leading strategic programs, you'll play a key role in transforming ideas into measurable results that benefit patients and the communities we serve. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration. Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree (Minimum of 9 years of healthcare administration experience).
  • Project management skills and experience
  • American College of Healthcare Executives
  • 3-4 years’ experience in Professional Health Administration
  • 1-2 years’ experience as Supervisor/Lead

Responsibilities

  • Manage working relationships with team members and external stakeholders (such as grantors) by building relationships, meeting established milestones and communicating progress and results as indicated in the stratgic plan and/or grant application.
  • Creates and manages project work plans/action registers; including timelines and deliveralbles
  • Organizes, manages and facilitates stakeholders by establishing crossfunctional teams, resulting in an integrated final product that supports the goals of the grant.
  • Identifies, captures, and communicates strategic plan/grant metrics that measure the success of the initiatives outlined by the leadership team.
