Project Management Consultant - Pharmacy

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration. Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree (Minimum of 9 years of healthcare administration experience).
- Project management skills and experience
- American College of Healthcare Executives
- 3-4 years’ experience in Professional Health Administration
- 1-2 years’ experience as Supervisor/Lead
Responsibilities
- Manage working relationships with team members and external stakeholders (such as grantors) by building relationships, meeting established milestones and communicating progress and results as indicated in the stratgic plan and/or grant application.
- Creates and manages project work plans/action registers; including timelines and deliveralbles
- Organizes, manages and facilitates stakeholders by establishing crossfunctional teams, resulting in an integrated final product that supports the goals of the grant.
- Identifies, captures, and communicates strategic plan/grant metrics that measure the success of the initiatives outlined by the leadership team.
