About The Position

Peraton is hiring a Project Management Assistant in a hybrid position at the Stennis Space Center, Mississippi. The successful candidate will assist in project management through the preparation, update and management of documents, databases, spreadsheets, presentation and collaboration for effectively and efficiently managing, advising and implementing capabilities, and budgets associated with Project Scylla. You will support all phases of the project in collaboration with both technical and financial personnel. You will respond to requests to gather, analyze, record, manipulate, and prepare planning, programming, budgeting and tracking of the project. Work includes managing and analyzing databases, writing white papers, and coordinating meetings.

Requirements

  • 0 years with BS/BA. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. In lieu of degree, four years of related work experience.
  • Junior level proficiency or experience in audit/financial management; required for data-entry.
  • Experience with financial systems and data management.
  • Ability to populate databases and manage complex spreadsheets without breaking formulas or data integrity.
  • Proficiency with MS Office products Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Qualified to work on procurement sensitive information per FAR regulations with a Nondisclosure Agreement signed.
  • Ability to obtain Secret clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
