Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of related experience in building, operations, or maintenance performance/upkeep
General abilities in maintenance work across disciplines
Proficient with basic computer skills to generate email and text messages preferred

Responsibilities

Performs various maintenance duties and handles service requests requiring general technical labor skills.
Routinely performs general building/contracting functions under direct supervision.
Understanding and performance of various trades including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, general interior and exterior building work.
Performs routine maintenance for buildings and various jobsites.
Performs general cleaning duties of buildings or properties as needed.
Records type and cost of maintenance or repair work as directed.
