About The Position
This is a temp-to-full-time position for a Maintenance Helper on a college campus. The primary responsibility will be changing A/C filters in dorms and throughout the buildings. The schedule is Monday-Friday from 8am to 4pm, with potential for overtime on weekends. The pay rate is $14 per hour. Employees receive a 15-minute break every hour.

- Lifting 70lbs
- Walking
- Standing
- Ability to use hand tools
- Must have a clean background
