Principal Purpose of Position Lead QA delivery across three distinct platforms — Salesforce, Information Management, and Holman Small Business & Robotics — overseeing a team of 16–21 QA professionals. This role is responsible for driving quality strategy, accelerating automation adoption, and establishing data quality practices in alignment with the enterprise transformation roadmap.
