About The Position
We are seeking a PMO-driven Project Lead to manage a flexibility program end-to-end, ensuring governance, coordination, visibility, and delivery across all work-streams, from design, construction, commissioning, and handover to manufacturing.
Requirements
- Bachelor in Science or related field.
- Strong PM discipline, stakeholder management, dashboards, and budget controls.
- Ability to drive execution through coordination.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish, speaking and writing.
Responsibilities

- Run PMO frameworks and program governance
- Schedule & Budget Control
- Manage dashboards: Smartsheet and Power BI
- Communication with Stakeholders
- Regulate Environment / Documentation
