Project Lead – TADSS Support Operations Position Summary: OST is seeking a Project Lead – TADSS Support Operations to support Army Aviation training activities at Fort Rucker, AL. The ideal candidate will have a strong U.S. Army Aviation background, knowledge of the Fort Rucker/USAACE training environment, and experience supporting aviation instruction and simulation-based training.

Requirements

Strong U.S. Army Aviation background.
Experience in Army aviation instruction, flight training, or aviation training support.
Experience with UH-60, CH-47, and/or AH-64 aircraft.
Familiarity with TADSS, flight simulators, or simulation-based aviation training.
Knowledge of the Fort Rucker/USAACE environment strongly preferred.
Previous experience as an Army Aviator, Instructor Pilot, Aviation Instructor, or Army Aviation training professional highly desired.
Experience with Flight School XXI (FSXXI) or FSTSS is a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
U.S. Citizenship required.
Active Secret Clearance

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of the Fort Rucker/USAACE environment strongly preferred.
Previous experience as an Army Aviator, Instructor Pilot, Aviation Instructor, or Army Aviation training professional highly desired.
Experience with Flight School XXI (FSXXI) or FSTSS is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate TADSS and aviation training support activities at Fort Rucker.
Support day-to-day execution, scheduling, and coordination of aviation training requirements.
Work closely with Army customers, instructors, technical teams, and contractor personnel.
Support aviation instruction and training involving UH-60 Black Hawk, CH-47 Chinook, and/or AH-64 Apache platforms.
Coordinate simulator/TADSS resources and help resolve issues impacting training execution.
