Requirements

3+ years of water mitigation experience preferred
Previous leadership or project lead experience
WRT required; ASD and AMRT preferred
Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and pass a background check

Responsibilities

Respond to water losses and determine mitigation needs
Lead technicians through extraction, demolition, drying, equipment setup, monitoring, and documentation
Ensure projects meet IICRC and Paul Davis quality standards
Communicate professionally with customers, adjusters, and team members
Maintain accurate project documentation and moisture readings
Train and mentor technicians while maintaining a safe, organized job site
Solve problems and ensure every project is completed successfully
