Requirements

• Previous water mitigation experience required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Clean driving record
• Cannot pass a criminal background check
• Cannot provide professional references
• History of excessive absenteeism or call-outs
• Looking for temporary work instead of a long-term career
• Not willing to participate in an on-call rotation
• All final candidates will undergo: criminal background check, reference verification, motor vehicle driving record review, and employment verification.
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable, dependable, and accountable
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Nice To Haves

• WRT (Water Restoration Technician) certification preferred
• ASD (Applied Structural Drying) a plus
• Moisture mapping experience
• Experience with Encircle or similar software is a plus
• Demonstrated leadership ability in a field environment

Responsibilities

• Water extraction and emergency response
• Equipment setup, placement, and daily monitoring
• Moisture mapping and documentation
• Controlled demolition as needed
• Daily job documentation (Encircle and related platforms)
• Clear, professional communication with customers
• Mentoring and leading field technicians
• Equipment maintenance and care
• Following IICRC standards and best practices
• Emergency on-call rotation
