About The Position

CLA is seeking a Digital Project/Consulting Manager specializing in Sage Intacct to join its growing Digital Team. The role oversees and owns the development of project proposals that address project goals, timeframes, methodology, and staffing requirements. It also manages project risks and ensures project quality. The position leads software implementation projects, works with clients to understand their needs and define solutions, and provides advanced technical support during implementations. CLA is a national professional services firm with more than 8,500 people and 130 U.S. locations, serving clients through wealth advisory, digital, audit, tax, consulting, and outsourcing services.

Requirements

• Six years of experience working in project management.
• Bachelor's degree required; a combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of a degree.

Nice To Haves

• Seven years of experience preferred.
• Experience with IS&T-oriented projects, such as data integration, dashboard development, or software development.
• Project Management Institute certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software implementation projects.
• Work with clients to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop implementation plans.
• Configure and customize software solutions to meet client-specific needs.
• Meet with existing and potential clients to define business problems, identify improvement opportunities, and determine how new services or software can add value.
• Provide advanced technical support and resolve complex issues during implementation.
• Conduct implementation pilots, identify opportunities for product and process improvement, and make recommendations.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, providing training and support as needed.
• Ensure project documentation is complete and accurate.
• Develop project proposals that address goals, timeframes, methodology, and staffing requirements, and manage project risks while ensuring project quality.
