Project Lead – Grain Systems (Saskatchewan’s Leading Ag-Team)
About The Position
As a Project Lead, you will be the "boots on the ground" authority managing high-impact grain system installs from blueprint to completion. You will take ownership of grain system installations and upgrades, acting as the bridge between the customer’s vision and the finished product. You will coordinate the people, the gear, and the materials, leading the strategy to keep projects on time and on budget. This role requires interpreting technical drawings and troubleshooting mechanical systems alongside your team. You will also serve as the point person for customers and suppliers, ensuring every install meets the Flaman standard of quality.
Requirements
- Equivalent mechanical experience (Journeyperson Millwright ticket preferred).
- Previous experience managing crews in construction, ag, or industrial settings.
- Solid understanding of grain handling and storage systems is a huge asset.
- Organized, safety-conscious, and takes pride in project completion.
