About The Position

Seeking an experienced Project Lead 3 to support moderate to complex business and technology initiatives. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading project activities including planning, coordination, business analysis, requirements gathering, implementation, monitoring, and reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple project deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of Project Management experience
• Strong experience in: Project Planning & Coordination, Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering, System Implementation, Stakeholder Management, Project Monitoring & Reporting
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification is REQUIRED

• Lead and manage end-to-end project activities

• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements
• Develop project documentation and specifications
