About The Position

SOGECLAIR DIGITAL ENGINEERING is seeking a Project Integrator to join their team at the Flight Test Center. This role involves managing and delivering complex projects and activities related to Experimental Flight Test. The Project Integrator will manage cross-functional teams, establish project scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure adherence to these parameters. They will also identify and mitigate risks, participate in safety and security processes, and prepare budget and resource allocation reports. The position requires coordinating multi-site activities and remote participation.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in project management within the Aerospace industry.
Advanced knowledge of Project Management processes and principles.
Previous experience in development and certification Flight Test.
Professional attitude and excellent communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as foresight, accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to objectives and responsibilities.
Natural leadership and pro-active attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Self-motivated, autonomous, enthusiastic and results oriented.

Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to make good decisions to move projects along to meet or exceed the targets.
Good computing skills (proficient in MS Office, specifically Powerpoint, Excel, and Project).

Responsibilities

Manage and deliver on time, complex projects and activities related to Experimental Flight Test.
Manage cross-functional teams in the establishment of scope, schedule and budget of projects.
Work closely with technical experts, business leaders, suppliers, and customer representatives to ensure adherence and compliance of projects scope, schedule, and budget.
Manage and establish methods related priorities between projects and activities.
Identify and report on risks and lead risk mitigation planning and execution.
Participate and/or coordinate within the internal safety and security processes to assess, contain, and correct potential product deficiencies with cross-functional stakeholders.
Prepare and provide visibility of budget requirement / resource allocation.
Prepare and present visibility reports for the various levels of the organization.
Coordinate and manage multi-site activities and remote participation as necessary.
