Requirements

Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple project activities and work effectively with project participants across organizational boundaries.
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
Ability to track action items, manage interfaces, and monitor project execution.
Ability to provide objective, independent oversight while supporting the client’s project management organization.
US citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project activities across the client project team and participating organizations.
Facilitate timely and effective communication among project participants.
Track project action items, follow-up activities, and completion status.
Manage organizational interfaces and support alignment among project stakeholders.
Provide independent oversight of project execution and communicate relevant observations to the client project team.
Support the planning, coordination, monitoring, and execution of project objectives.
Serve as an extension of the client’s project management organization in support of integrated project delivery.
