Requirements

  • Active TS clearance (with SCI Eligibility) and eligibility to obtain CI Poly
  • 5 years’ project management experience in a government/IT environment
  • BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of related work experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive technical, administrative, and operational leadership for mission critical IT projects.
  • Drive execution across the full project lifecycle, maintaining accountability for scope, cost, schedule, and technical performance.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional engineering and operational teams in a matrixed environment, guiding the resolution of complex technical issues to accelerate project completion.
  • Coordinate directly with client customers and client stakeholders to ensure seamless mission success and complete customer satisfaction.
  • Manage or direct resources required to perform assigned project or task(s).
  • Own and drive the execution of an assigned portfolio of IT projects.
  • Direct the end-to-end lifecycle of complex IT projects and systems engineering tasks from initiation through delivery.
  • Drive technical staff, including engineers, developers, operations teams and multi-disciplinary service lanes.
  • Manage scope, schedule, milestone-based invoicing inputs, and resource allocation to meet aggressive mission milestones.
  • Proactively mitigate risks, identify technical bottlenecks, and drive rapid solutions to ensure zero mission downtime.
  • Serve as the primary liaison and trusted advisor to intelligence customer stakeholders.
  • Host high-level technical exchange meetings (TEMs), participate in program management reviews, and customer briefings.
  • Anticipate evolving customer requirements to help spearhead program growth.
  • Mitigate risks and potential roadblocks to the project.
  • Interact with vendors, other agencies, subcontractors, and other client staff on behalf of the client.
  • Coordinate development of deliverables and products.
  • Ensure quality assurance of project deliverables.
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant technology.
  • Participate in special projects as required.
  • Review future project requirements and develop strategies for future work.
