About The Position

The Project Manager leads end-to-end project implementations for clients, ensuring successful delivery aligned with business objectives and timelines. Serves as the primary point of contact, building strong relationships, driving clear communication, and resolving issues throughout the project lifecycle. Provides subject matter expertise, mentors team members, and continuously identifies opportunities to improve efficiency, outcomes, and overall client satisfaction. Manages implementation activities for medium to large‑scale projects, serving as a subject matter expert for standard implementations and providing mentorship and guidance to Implementation Project Coordinators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Three to five years of experience in project management activities
• Thorough knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
• Demonstrated management and leadership skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Advanced knowledge of project management
• Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
