About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Financial Coordinator to join an Enterprise Execution team. This role is critical in supporting enterprise-wide project and portfolio management by driving financial tracking, forecasting, and reporting efforts across complex, cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in project financial management, exceptional Excel skills, and a proven ability to coordinate project activities while delivering financial insights that improve efficiency, scalability, and risk mitigation.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a PMO or enterprise project environment
  • Supporting portfolio or program-level financials
  • Familiarity with financial systems or project management tools
  • Exceptional Excel skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage and track project financials, including: Forecasting, Accruals, Invoice coding, Budget tracking and reconciliation
  • Perform financial analysis and deliver reporting to stakeholders
  • Support project planning, execution, and delivery through coordination activities
  • Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with timelines and financial targets
  • Maintain accurate financial data and documentation across multiple projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and transparency
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial tracking and forecasting processes
