The Project Executive will provide high-level project oversight and leadership to the project management team, setting expectations and objectives, and managing all financial aspects of their assigned area or division. This individual is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects, business development, planning, and talent development for team members. They will also manage safety compliance and foster a culture of safety through site walkthroughs, inspections, and ensuring adherence to safety requirements. The role involves managing project documentation, pre-planning, project hand-offs, prefab, job set-up, policies, procedures, schedules, and resources. The Project Executive will monitor and oversee project financial performance, coach and advise Project Managers (PMs) for monthly reviews, and attend these reviews. They will also monitor, encourage, and promote safety on projects and improve the success of negotiating changes by coaching and leading team members through the process, attending negotiations as needed. Additionally, they will oversee and/or perform pre-construction activities.
