About The Position

Skanska is seeking a dynamic Project Executive, National Commercial Management Director, Advanced Technology. This national leadership position facilitates compliance with corporate project controls standards, leading to efficiency and transparency. The role requires strong business management, accounting acumen, operations knowledge, leadership, organizational, and time management skills, along with excellent communication and customer service abilities. The Project Executive will collaborate with project teams, project analytics, and accounting to analyze trends, understand results, and identify operational risks and opportunities to achieve financial and commercial outcomes.

Requirements

12+ years of experience in cost and document management principles and related systems.
10+ years recent experience working within the AEC space.
10+ years of experience working across multiple operational functions.
10+ years managing and developing successful teams.
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience and a minimum of 15 years of prior relevant experience.
Ability to travel at least 50%.
