The Project Estimator will calculate costs of projects based on blueprints and/or specifications for our Interiors Group. Requirements
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-3 years estimating experience
- Intermediate MS Excel knowledge
Responsibilities
- Accurately estimate cost of projects using Excel, Bluebeam Revu, Procore or other provided forms for internal and external customers on a timely basis
- Prepare takeoffs from blueprints or specifications to determine quantities and treatments required for projects
- Obtain vendor quotes and material costs from internal or external suppliers
- Prepare project files and serve as a resource to internal and/or external customers
