You will support new plant deployment opportunities, with primary focus on the Bulgaria AP1000 program for Kozloduy Units 7 and 8.   As a people manager you will coordinate APX Projects and functional engineering groups to assign and guide engineers toward achieving project goals.   You will report to the Portfolio Directo and work a hybrid role based in Cranberry, PA.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible leadership experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Master's degree preferred).
  • Experience leading mid‑ to large‑scale cross‑functional engineering teams in design or EPC environments.
  • Ability to travel domestically or internationally (up to 25% during peak periods).
  • Knowledge of engineering principles and practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development of the Turbine Island for the Kozloduy 7 and 8 Project
  • Integrate APX Engineering Services input to support new build offers and projects.
  • Manage APX Engineering Services scope for programs aimed at improving the international marketability and delivery of AP1000 projects.
  • Lead and implement APX Engineering Services scope to support new build market development, early works, FEED, and ESC contracts (up to the establishment of an EPC project-specific organization).
  • Develop project engineering resources to support future new build projects (up to the establishment of an EPC project-specific organization).
