About The Position

Support the EACS SDE Team, assisting in project execution and coordination. Manage Supplier Request for Information (SRI) processes, ensuring timely responses and accurate data tracking. Apply Project Management principles, including action tracking, status reporting, task monitoring, and risk management. Facilitate professional meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, solving challenges and driving project progress. Maintain project plans, status updates, and action items, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals. Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, for documentation and reporting. Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies, supporting quality assurance and regulatory requirements. You will learn the technologies of today and tomorrow which we count on to maintain world leadership in the aerospace industry.

Requirements

  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.
  • Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and/or Outlook
  • Experience in specialized collaboration and time management software, including spreadsheet applications.
  • Proficiency with project management principles, ensuring smooth coordination of tasks and resources.
  • Understanding of core engineering concepts, with the ability to apply technical knowledge in practical scenarios.
