Responsible for managing day‑to‑day tasks, ensuring timely completion, prioritizing workload effectively, and maintaining organization across multiple activities. Prepare accurate technical reports that summarize engineering data, project performance, and key insights to support decision‑making and project planning Project support of tasks from preliminary design through detailed design phases Coordinating with others in advancing technology and process improvements Your efforts will align with the design, development, validation, production implementation or fleet management of engines flying throughout the world. What You Will Learn Whether supporting Mature Commercial Engines, industry-leading Geared Turbofan engines, Military Engine programs, Operations, or Business Support functions, our program seeks to help you: develop an understanding of the aerospace industry; learn about our company and its operations; and appreciate how each discipline and department’s contribution to the success of our products and customer partnerships. Requirements

  • Must be pursuing Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) field and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship session.
  • Must have a minimum of 30 hours of credit by the start of the internship session.
  • Minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA
  • Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects

  • Experience pursuing continuous learning in aviation and aerospace.
  • Experience contributing perspectives and sharing knowledge to support team growth and collaboration.
  • Prior RTX internship, co-op, or work experience.
