Requirements

Degree in Construction Management or related field is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Willingness to travel to projects as needed.

Nice To Haves

Prior construction Experience of 1-2 years is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist in punch list management, review invoices, and maintain essential project documentation.
Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Support budget management and conduct financial reviews to ensure project adherence to financial goals.
Accurately interpret and communicate project plans to subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications.
