About The Position

Martin Concrete Construction is seeking a driven Project Engineer to join our growing Critical Projects team in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) Metroplex. This is an opportunity to contribute to some of the nation's most complex and high-profile construction projects, including data centers, power generation facilities, water treatment plants, and other mission-critical infrastructure. As a Project Engineer, you'll serve as the vital connection between the office and the field, helping deliver projects safely, efficiently, and with the highest level of quality. This position is based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and requires working onsite at active construction projects throughout North Texas. Travel may be required based on project assignments.

  • Self-motivated professional with a desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in construction.

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day coordination of mission-critical concrete construction projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth region.
  • Work onsite with project teams to monitor labor productivity, materials, equipment, quality, and production.
  • Coordinate closely with superintendents, project managers, clients, and field leadership to ensure successful project execution.
  • Manage drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittmits, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate material procurement, purchase orders, vendor communication, and delivery schedules.
  • Assist with project scheduling, including three-week look-ahead planning.
  • Track labor reports, project logs, quantities, and production data to support project controls.
  • Attend project meetings, document action items, assist with inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities.
