Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Traction Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years in project management or leadership roles.
Strong understanding of system integration, safety protocols, and quality assurance.
Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills to inspire teams and drive results.

Nice To Haves

Expertise in traction systems and rail industry standards is desirable but not mandatory.
