About The Position

We are seeking a structured and proactive Project Engineer to support project planning, technical management, and project execution across dynamic development projects. In this role, you will assist in coordinating project deliverables, managing engineering documentation, and monitoring schedules, budgets, and estimates using modern construction management systems. This position is ideal for an organized professional with a strong technical background and a track record of supporting successful construction and engineering initiatives.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of management experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, related field, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
Experience with scheduling, estimating, and project management systems (e.g., eBuilder, Primavera).
Ability to communicate effectively.
Visual acuity for reading plans and inspecting work.
Ability to manage expectations and be responsive when critical issues arise.

Nice To Haves

Preferred experience working in medical office, medical research/laboratory, hospital, and university settings.

Responsibilities

Support overall project management, execution, and coordination across all phases of construction.
Utilize scheduling, estimating, and project management systems such as eBuilder and Primavera to track timelines, costs, and project milestones.
Assist in reviewing, organizing, and managing engineering submittments, RFIs, and technical design documents.
Coordinate communications and deliverables between project managers, design teams, contractors, and field personnel.
Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with project specifications, budgets, and operational schedules.
