  • Comfortable working on-site and overseeing daily technical activities during key project phases.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60%, depending on project needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and maintain 2D/3D CAD layouts for plant equipment, utilities, and production lines.
  • Review and verify machinery foundations, structural components, and installation requirements, applying strong knowledge of steel and concrete.
  • Support equipment installation, alignment, and commissioning activities.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in the field and collaborate with vendors and contractors to resolve them quickly.
  • Assist in defining project scope, technical requirements, and feasibility.
  • Build detailed project plans and track progress against schedule and budget.
  • Coordinate with internal engineering teams, contractors, and equipment suppliers.
  • Be present on-site during critical construction and installation phases to ensure technical accuracy.
  • Manage project documentation, drawings, change logs, and installation records.
  • Support procurement, equipment specifications, and vendor evaluations.
  • Perform additional engineering tasks that keep the project moving efficiently.

Benefits

  • The chance to work on meaningful, high-impact engineering projects.
  • Freedom to apply technical skills, solve real problems, and see work directly influence plant performance and future growth.
