About The Position

Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is currently seeking a Civil Engineer with 4–8 years of experience to join the Land Development Group in our Georgetown, DE office. This position is responsible for hands-on design and support of land development projects, contributing from initial planning through preparation of construction documents and permitting. At MRA, you’ll work on a diverse mix of commercial and residential development projects, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions across the Mid-Atlantic. Requirements

B.S. in Civil Engineering
4–8 years of experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in land development (Stormwater Management (SWM), Storm Drain, Grading, Erosion & Sediment Control (ESC) Design)
Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously, including schedules and permitting coordination
Proficiency in AutoCAD required

Nice To Haves

EIT preferred
Water resources experience preferred
Civil 3D preferred
