About The Position

Leads or coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, people management and troubleshooting for engineering projects. Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost.

Requirements

• 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)
• Two (2) or more years Experience in a related field (Required)
• Project management, pipeline, and facility design experience
• Business Acumen

Nice To Haves

• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• EIT or PE is a plus
• Midstream experience is a plus
• Willing to travel to the field (West Texas and New Mexico)

Responsibilities

• Manages small to midsized projects or portions of larger capital and major projects
• Prepares estimates, budgets, schedules, materials, and contracts for projects
• Utilizes company technical standards and design criteria
• Coordinates design and construction activities with operations, field personnel, procurement, engineering, and construction contractors
• Monitors and controls project performance during Project Execution stage to ensure project meets agreed quality, cost, and time parameters in safe and environmentally sound manner
• May have contractor oversight
• Manages multiple projects and initiatives concurrently
• Communicates on status and developments of assigned projects
• Can scope a project and manage from Pre-FEED to Completion including Job Books
• Financial reporting on projects
