About The Position

Support the successful delivery of commercial design-build projects ranging from $1M-$40M from preconstruction through closeout. This role involves project coordination, cost and schedule management, field and office collaboration, preconstruction support, and project ownership with opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field
• 0-5 years of experience in commercial construction
• Understanding of construction processes and project lifecycle
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with construction software (Viewpoint Vista, Procore, Bluebeam is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and owners to keep projects on track.
• Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and monthly reporting.
• Help prepare pay applications and maintain project schedules.
• Bridge communication between field teams and the office.
• Participate in jobsite meetings and support quality, safety, and progress.
• Assist with quantity takeoffs, subcontractors bid reviews, and value engineering.
• Contribute to constructability and design discussions.
• Manage smaller projects or scopes with oversight from the Project Manager.
• Take initiative and grow your skills every day.
