The Project Engineer supports the successful planning, execution, documentation, and closeout of petroleum construction projects involving Aboveground Storage Tanks (AST), Underground Storage Tanks (UST), fuel distribution systems, and associated civil, mechanical, and electrical scopes. The position works closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, Owners, Engineers, and Subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with applicable codes and regulations. The Project Engineer is responsible for project documentation, permitting coordination, procurement support, submittits, RFIs, change management, scheduling support, quality control, and project closeout.
