About The Position
Seco SOLVA is seeking a Project Engineer with a strong background in developing manufacturing processes from concept to production. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in CAD/CAM programming, machining strategies, and process optimization, combined with technical leadership skills to implement innovative production solutions. This role involves serving as the technical lead for manufacturing improvement, industrialization, and process optimization projects, including developing machining strategies, designing manufacturing processes, programming and validating CAD/CAM solutions, and delivering production-ready solutions that create measurable customer value.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of manufacturing engineering, process engineering, CNC programming, or related experience
- Proven success developing manufacturing processes from concept through implementation
Nice To Haves
- Experience developing manufacturing processes from concept through production launch
- Advanced CAD/CAM programming expertise, including multi-axis machining environments
- Hands-on machining and manufacturing expertise
- Ability to identify production challenges and engineer practical solutions
