About The Position

MMR is seeking Project Engineer candidates to manage project engineering workflows including RFIs, submittals, document control, design clarifications, material procurement support, scope tracking, installation work packages, reporting, and coordination with construction and quality teams. The responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, the following: Manage RFIs, submittals, and design clarifications. Maintain document control and tracking logs. Support procurement and material expediting. Coordinate drawing revisions and engineering communications. Track scope changes and assist with change documentation. Support turnover and closeout documentation. Coordinate with construction, quality, and safety departments to generate weekly and monthly reports consisting of project status and financials. Ensure Field Engineers perform installation audits and tracking updates for accurate client reporting. Assist Superintendents, Procurement, and Logistics team with bill of material for installation work packages. Assist Assistant Project Managers with design revisions and change management process. Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor and upper management.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years project electrical engineering or construction support experience.
  • Must have knowledge of electrical labor and material estimation and understand RFIs, submittals, drawing control, work packages, material tracking, labor and productivity tracking.
  • Able to support logs, reporting, and field execution documentation.
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills.
  • Must have strong Excel skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible, varying hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Regular and reliable attendance at work.
