About The Position

You will learn to manage projects within cost, technical and schedule baselines in accordance with program policies, Navy Program instructions, and industry standard methodologies. You will develop an understanding of, and implement principles of Earned Value Management, Integrated Master Schedules, Logistics, and Risk Management. You will present status of your projects to Program Managers and Executive Leadership as required. This includes providing daily status reports for awareness and critical issues. Expected CONUS and international travel time is less than 10%.

Requirements

Bachelors degree from an accredited university in Business, Project Management, STEM or related discipline
Experience leading and motivating a team or group of individuals in a project or project-like environment.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance; US Citizenship is required

Nice To Haves

Bachelors degree from an accredited university in a STEM related discipline.
Proven leadership skills
Demonstrated knowledge of basic Project Management principles
Understanding of principles of Risk Management
Experience with MS Project or other similar scheduling software
Excellent planning and scheduling skills.
