The Project Engineer provides technical, administrative, and managerial/ field support to Project Managers and Field Managers. The position typically works under direct supervision, performs routine daily activities, and gathers and distributes information. The Project Engineer must be a flexible and adaptable team-player, as well as have strong communication and client service skills.

Requirements

  • 1+ Years experience working within a project team contributing to coordination, development, and/or tracking of various project needs such as RFIs, submittals, pay applications, document control, project reporting, cost events, schedule updates and close out activities.
  • 1+ Years experience reading and understanding construction plans and drawings and the technical specifications associated with drawings.
  • Ability to outline specifications required for submission to the client along with ensuring construction materials, equipment, and field installations match the approved submittmits.
  • 1+ Years of experience in the construction of Commercial building projects (internship experience may be acceptable) with a general contractor/construction management firm.
  • Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management, Engineering, or e8 years equivalent industry experience.
