About The Position
NOVA Engineering is seeking a Project Engineer to work on Geotechnical and Construction Materials Testing & Special Inspection projects in Charleton, SC. Primary responsibilities will include: Field engineering duties including data reduction, analysis & fieldwork for commercial, industrial, retail, government, office projects (Geotechnical and Construction Materials Testing/Inspection) Assisting with project management & reporting Field supervision of CMT /SI and Geotechnical Projects Report preparation Client consultation and maintenance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution, or an equivalent international degree with NCEES credential evaluation is required.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in geotechnical AND construction materials testing or special inspections
- PE or ability to obtain within a year or 2
Nice To Haves
- ACI, ICC, SCDOT or other related certifications a plus
