About The Position

This role supports project management in water and wastewater construction projects. The Project Engineer will assist with subcontracts, purchase orders, submittals, scheduling, and coordination with the site superintendent. The position requires a strong understanding of all phases of construction and the ability to manage project documentation and progress.

Requirements

• 2+ years of water & wastewater construction experience.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Knowledge of all phases of construction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, CAD, Primavera P6, and MS Project.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
• Manage subcontracts, purchase orders, bids, and contractor coordination.
• Review plans, specifications, and design changes.
• Track project progress, resolve issues, and maintain schedules.
• Prepare cost estimates, status reports, and project documentation.
• Support safe and compliant jobsite operations.
